It is advisable to schedule your booking a minimum of 2–3 weeks ahead, more so in the high season (May–September). For corporate gatherings and private occasions, securing your booking 4–6 weeks beforehand will ensure better availability and provide extra time for personalized arrangements.
What are the procedures if the weather is unfavorable?
Safety precedes everything else for us. In the event that our captain considers weather conditions unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will notify you a day before if the weather seems dubious.
Am I allowed to bring my own provisions and drinks?

What standards apply to cancellations?
A full refund is provided for cancellations that occur 72 hours or more before the departure. Between 24 and 72 hours prior, a 50% reimbursement is granted. Cancellations within 24 hours prior will not be refundable unless it's a result of weather conditions or mechanical issues from our side.
